What Happened

Ay I aint seen Dmoney around in awhile...n chat is always dead...this league aint dyin now is it? I been havin fun minus my two simmed games...but im sayin...whats been happening?

D had to bow out due to family reasons and moving and not knowing if he will have internet there. Its basically now a lg that is run by all its members. looking for any ideas or rules that people would like added and how we can make this more sim.

I have free time on my hands to become Commish, if needed.

We are in week 8 and home page says "Advance to week 6 Sept3."

Yea, think the madden game itself is hurting things, I've found myself more interested with NCAA

WTF? how is it not organized? no need to start dropping now. Me and lucky were scheduled to play today then he drops. What keeps it unorganized is people dropping. There was a patch today and patch later this month to adjust and fix things. Last afsl didnt start til near october when everything was ready to go gamewise. Why are people leaving. but do what you want.

well I attempted to play HIGHLIGHT twice tonight. First time I pic him on the first dive,disconnect. Second time we start I pic him on first drive, disconnect. Tried tocontact him,he is online......but no answer

delete all your madden 11 files and redownload everything new and fresh. it works out with disconnections after the latest patch.

really?? rash, you can respond to this thread but u cant respond to my thread or email in an attempt to schedule our game........ thats what happened.

its the first time I have been able to get on since saturday night. sorry about that.

its all good, its nothing personal, i know uve been pretty active in the past. I just feel like theres a general lack of emphasis on getting games scheduled. i understand some people have legitimate reasons why they cant hit the forums to schedule a game, but there are many that dont, and I feel it becomes contagious and owners that would normally be pretty active start to become lackadaisical. For the guys here that are the kinda madden ballers that would take the time to join a franchise it only makes sense that we would take the time to visit the forum every so often to schedule our games so we can keep the franchise going, otherwise just hit the lobby.

I agree. we need more discipline. owners are being too lazy.

i know i have tailed off since college but i am ready to come back, but being unable to connect to my games is really hacking me off. ever since the patch i have been having issues connecting, it DC'ing or just lagging in the worst way.

you need to delete all your madden 11 files and redownload everything. this will take the disconnection issue out the way.

Not sure if this has been posted or not...but i got this from another league im in, and it seems to be helping the disconnect issues...




Most of you are probably already aware of this, but for those who are not...

There have been issues regarding disconnects during online franchise games after downloading the latest Madden patch. I, myself, have experienced the bug. However, there is a solution (yes, it worked for me and my opponent). From the main startup menu of the PS3 under the "Game" (controller icon)...

1. Scroll to the "Game Data Utility" and select it ("X" on your controller)
2. Scroll to the "Madden 11" file and delete it ("triangle" on your controler and select "Delete")
3. Scroll to the "Saved Data Utility (PS3)" and select it ("X" on your controller)
4. Scroll and delete ALL files (profile, franchise, roster, etc.) that are associated with "Madden 11" ("triangle" on your controller and select "Delete")

Once those steps are completed, fire up the game and re-download/install the latest Madden update. Don't forget to reconfigure any profile settings (playbook, audibles, game settings, etc.). That should work any disconnect bugs out that are related to the latest Madden update.

ps -If you purchased the online pass for 9.99 , after you do the above, you will need to go to your Account Management under PSN, go to Downloads and redownload the online pass.
